Orthodontist
Chris completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2014 in North Queensland at James Cook University. Research opportunities during undergraduate studies in dentistry and after led him to pursuing a desire to become an orthodontist. He later completed a full-time 3 year orthodontic residency to achieve specialist registration, obtaining a Doctorate in Orthodontics in 2018 from the University of Queensland in Brisbane. Chris previously practiced orthodontics for three years on the Gold Coast from 2019 to 2021.
In 2022 he joined Metro North (Queensland Health) to provide orthodontic services to the Queensland Children's Hospital and Herston Oral Health Centre, providing orthodontic treatment to cleft lip and palate patients as well those with complex craniofacial conditions.
Chris is board certified with the Australasian Orthodontic Board, and is a member of the Australian Society of Orthodontists, Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, American Association of Orthodontists and the Australian Dental Association. He is dedicated to providing patients with exceptional orthodontic care and is committed to continuing education to ensure he is at the forefront of orthodontic knowledge, regularly participating in meetings and conferences nationally and internationally.
Chris enjoys cycling, travelling, reading and spending time with his family.
